On behalf of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) Skat coordinates and coaches the implementation of the Governance Project in Municipal Water and Environmental Development (GOV-WADE) in the region of north-western Bosnia and Herzegovina. The project promotes good governance in water and environmental sanitation.

With the aim to foster the process of transition by creating experiences of good local governance, people’s empowerment and better mutual understanding between Eastern and Western Ukraine, in 2005, SDC agreed to support MGSDP in a 2nd Phase with financial and technical assistance. Policy and strategy support is provided by Skat through regular backstopping and coaching missions.
