Anne Sophie Aublet

Anne Sophie Aublet’s professional background is in tropical farming and water management with more than 8 years of experience in strategy development and program management as well as design, planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of programs and projects in the fields of rural water and environmental sanitation and food security.

She has been engaged in development cooperation interventions as program/project manager, consultant and capacity building specialist in water supply, small-scale irrigation, organisational development, awareness raising and the empowerment of farmers in Madagascar, Benin, Peru and Cambodia.

Her strengths are on decentralized services provision, situation analysis, project appraisals, institution building and training delivery, as well as multi-stakeholder dialogues including community mobilisation, communication, negotiation with protagonists, facilitation of decision taking processes, knowledge management and managing interdisciplinary and multi-cultural teams, accumulating 8 years field experience overseas.
